With a wedding at a winery and a recovery brunch the morning after at Little Creatures Brewery, Sarah and Eli’s wedding was stress-free, full of some serious party vibes and still incorporated the couple's cultural traditions.
On the proposal
Sarah and Eli have been engaged after 4 years together.
On the venue
Sarah and Eli were married at a beautiful winery called Clyde Park in Bannokburn, outside of Geelong. “…The second we drove into Clyde Park we knew we’d get married there! We wanted a big party so had it the night before a long weekend. We also had a recovery brunch at Little Creatures brewery which was awesome!!"
All the styling details
Leaving the details to their suppliers, Sarah and Eli’s wedding style was minimal and clean with an emphasis placed on gorgeous florals and soft pastel tones. “As for suppliers I just wanted to involve people who were stress free and who’s vibe I loved so that I could trust them to do whatever they wanted. I took a ‘they know best’ approach, the last thing I wanted to do was to sweat the small stuff.”
Sarah wore the 'Taryn/Camille' gown from our boutique in Armadale, Melbourne.
“I used Instagram for most of my inspiration and came across this dress that I LOVED but I was so exhausted by the dress shopping process so it took me ages to come and try it on and as soon as I did I was so relieved! It was perfect!
Kim was my dress maker and she was an absolute gem, I cannot thank her enough! We had so much fun together. I needed to alter it for my body shape a tiny bit and she knew exactly what I wanted - we were very much on the same page!"
